Shipping policy

Items purchased via theupturnedcauldron.co.uk are subject to Royal Mail shipping and delivery times. In peak times such as Christmas, in the event of a pandemic, shipping services will be delayed accordingly.

All items purchased are dispatched via Royal Mail Second Class. This service aims to deliver the item within the 3-5 working days, however this may be subject to service delays. Items are dispatched Monday to Friday or Monday to Tuesday during summer months. In the event that an item is purchased at the weekend, it will be dispatched the following Monday or Tuesday.
